In addition to enjoying the Îles' famous lobster and seafood, you'll have a chance to try many regional food products. Artisanal beverages, berries, and cheeses from the Îles give flavor to the sauces and character to the dishes we serve.
Our kitchen brigade also likes to add culinary touches inspired by other regions along the itinerary. This fusion cuisine is a blend of the flavours of the Îles and other authentic Québec products.
